Almost a year to the day since its US roll-out, Maison No 9 Rosé is targeting the off-premise channel on the other side of the Atlantic. Hitting multiple retailer Tesco as well as independent retailers, the wine carries an SRP of GBP19 (US$27) per 70cl bottle.

The brand, which will be distributed by E&J Gallo Winery in the UK, retails at $21.99 per 75cl bottle in the US.

Founded by musician Austin Richard Post, better known as Post Malone, along with music manager Dre London and James Morrissey of Global Brand Equities, Maison No 9 is a Provence-sourced blend of Grenache Noir, Cinsault, Syrah and Merlot. The rosé also comes in 1.5-litre (GBP44.99) and 3-litre (GBP118.99) packs through the brand’s official website.

Gallo has been busy bolstering its non-wine portfolio in recent months. As well as acquiring the owner of RumChata cream liqueur in April, the privately-owned company snapped up Liqs Cocktail Shots last week.
