All organizations have a responsibility to give back to their communities and there is much to gain and learn from projects that look beyond the balance sheet.

The Social category includes companies and institutions that have undertaken projects that have had a tangible positive impact on the communities where they operate.

This can include anything from charity initiatives; sponsorship; community outreach; local business support and education initiatives.

Project Examples

  • Employee-run volunteer programs supporting local beverage-related charities
  • Local farm support such as empowering small-scale farmers for sustainable sourcing
  • Beverage access programs providing affordable, healthy drinks to vulnerable populations
  • Grants and scholarships for aspiring beverage producers and sustainable farming initiatives
  • Zero-waste beverage initiatives supporting local shelters
  • Drink-to-school programs promoting hydration and healthy choices
  • Sustainable sourcing supporting fair trade producers of ingredients
  • Partnerships with NGOs to provide clean drinking water during crises and donations to charities
  • Campaigns and programs promoting responsible drinking

Submitting case studies

All companies and institutions are encouraged to submit evidence to the rankings research by sending case studies directly to Tina Ross at tina.ross@globaldata.com. Case studies should encompass any projects, deals, or news related to the company within the 12 months preceding our submission deadline.

For each case study you should explain the following details of the project:

  • Aims
  • Challenges
  • Process
  • Key personnel
  • Innovative or novel elements
  • Outcome (including effect on your business)

Case studies will be taken into consideration for all relevant ranking categories.

Submitting your case studies is the best way to ensure that we are aware of the innovative and outstanding work you are doing so you get the credit you deserve.
