Transportation and Material Moving Occupations, with a share of 26%, emerged as the top health & wellness-related job roles within the consumer industry in Q4 2023, with new job postings drop by 31% quarter-on-quarter. Management Occupations came in second with a share of 13% in Q4 2023, with new job postings rising by 5% over the previous quarter.
The other prominent health & wellness roles include Office and Administrative Support Occupations with a 10% share in Q4 2023, Production Occupations with a 6% share of new job postings.

Together they accounted for a combined share of 58% of all health & wellness-related new jobs in the consumer industry.
Performance Food Group posted 2,931 health & wellness-related new jobs in Q4 2023, Peloton Interactive 317 jobs, Body Shop International 294 jobs, ASICS 267 jobs, and LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton 218 jobs, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics.
Hiring activity was driven by the US with a 74.00% share of total new job postings, Q4 2023
The largest share of health & wellness-related new job postings in the consumer industry in Q4 2023 was in the US with 74.00% followed by Japan (3.86%) and Germany (3.83%). The share represented by the US was nine percentage points lower than the 82.90% share it accounted for in Q3 2023.
