WKD and Shloer owner SHS Group has named Asda executive Paul Gillow as the next CEO of the UK-based drinks company.
Arthur Richmond, who has spent more than two decades at SHS Group, including the last year-and-a-half as CEO, is stepping down next year.
Richmond, who has also been SHS Group’s finance director, will take a seat on the company’s board “overseeing key project-based initiatives”, the Bottle Green owner said in a statement.
Gillow has spent 20 years at Asda, starting at the UK retailer as a store department manager. He has been the grocer’s commercial director for food since September last year.
SHS Group chair Karen Salters said: “Arthur has been a driving force behind our success. We are delighted that he will continue contributing in a non-executive role, helping to steer the future direction of the business.
She added: “Paul is a perfect cultural fit for SHS. His blend of industry expertise and focus on people aligns with our values, and I am confident that he will play a pivotal role as we embark on our next chapter of growth.”
