Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Co has proposed a dividend of for 2009 of EUR0.3 per share.
Shareholders will vote on the proposed dividend at the Greece-based firm’s Annual General Meeting on 21 June.
The amount is a 7% increase on the annual dividend paid in 2008, said the soft drinks bottler today (19 March).
Doros Constantinou, CEO of Coca-Cola Hellenic, said: “This reflects our board’s confidence in our continued solid cash flow generation and our commitment to enhancing returns for our shareowners.”
Shareholders registered in the share registry of the company as of 25 June shall be entitled to receive the dividend. The payment of the dividend will commence on 1 July.
