Out of the consumer industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 2.54% share in November 2022, recording an increase of 0.04% over the last three-month average share.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 2.44% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of France’s consumer industry during November 2022 over October 2022.
Unibel posted 24 IT jobs in November 2022 and registered a drop of 20% over the previous month, followed by Christian Dior with 7 jobs and a 40% growth. Procter & Gamble with 3 IT jobs and HelloFresh with 3 jobs, recorded a flat growth and a 50% growth, respectively, while L’Occitane International recorded a decline of 25% with 3 job postings during November 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in November 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 75%, down by 40% from October 2022. Entry Level positions with a 15% share, registered a decline of 65.38% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 10% share, down 50% over October 2022.
