The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 25.54% in October 2022 when compared with September 2022.
Out of the drinks industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 3.74% share in October 2022, recording an increase of 0.16% over the last three-month average share.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 17.95% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Mexico’s drinks industry during October 2022 over September 2022.
PepsiCo posted 19 IT jobs in October 2022 and registered a rise of 533.33% over the previous month, followed by Anheuser-Busch InBev with 13 jobs and an 85.71% growth. Coca-Cola with 8 IT jobs and Fomento Economico Mexicano SAB de CV with 5 jobs, recorded an 11.11% decline and a 72.22% decrease, respectively, while Coca-Cola FEMSA SAB de CV recorded a decline of 50% with 1 job postings during October 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in October 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 72.34%, up by 21.43% from September 2022. Entry Level positions with a 23.4% share, registered an increase of 175% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 4.26% share, down 75% over September 2022.
