The company’s overall hiring activity declined by 18.84% in November 2022 when compared with October 2022.

Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Panasonic IT hiring in November 2022
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Panasonic, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 46.15% in November 2022, and a 45.45% drop over October 2022, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 34.62% in November 2022, and registered a decline of 67.86%. Computer and Information Analysts held a share of 15.38% in November 2022, a 42.86% drop from October 2022.
North America drives IT hiring at Panasonic
North America emerged as the leading region in the global consumer IT hiring activity in November 2022 with a 53.85% share, which marked a 39.13% drop over the previous month.
Asia-Pacific stood next with 23.08%, registering a 76% month-on-month decline. Europe was the third leading region with a 23.08% share and a 50% drop over October 2022.
Mexico commanded a leading presence in the region’s consumer industry IT hiring activity with a 38.46% share in November 2022, a 9.09% decline over October 2022. India featured next with a 19.23% share, down 79.17% over the previous month. US recorded a 15.38% share, a decline of 60% compared with October 2022.
Junior Level jobs lead Panasonic IT hiring activity in November 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 53.85%, down by 51.72% from October 2022. Entry Level positions with a 26.92% share, a decline of 22.22% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 19.23% share, down 77.27% over October 2022.
