Campari Group has released three non-alcoholic spirits designed to be consumed on their own or mixed with alcoholic drinks.

The Notes Collection comprises The Bitter Note, The Vibrant Note and The Hidden Note. Each drink is a mix of botanical ingredients for bartenders and consumers to “experiment and play” with, Campari said this week.

The range has launched in Italy and will roll out to other markets in the coming months, a Campari spokesperson told Just Drinks. Each bottle has an SRP of EUR25 (US$29) in specialised retailers and online.

The range comprises:

  • The Bitter Note – Peppermint, cinchona bark and juniper. Described as an alcohol-free amaro-style drink for the pre- and post-meal drinking occasions
  • The Vibrant Note – Sichuan pepper, ginger and quassia. An alcohol-free aperitvo
  • The Hidden Note – Zedoaria, mace and yellow gentian. Described as an “elixir”

“We are introducing superior liquid to the non-alcoholic category,” said Francesco Cruciani, Campari’s MD of ‘Italian Icons’. “Each Note creates boundless new opportunities for inventive serves and mixological experimentation, for before and after meals as well as early evening and late at night.”
