The Coca-Cola Co. has named company veteran Henrique Braun to the position of chief operating officer.
Braun, who joined the Sprite owner in 1996, will take the role on 1 January.

“I am energised and honoured to take on this broader role and look forward to partnering with James, our executive leadership team, bottling partners and associates to deliver on our total beverage strategy and drive growth across the company and our system worldwide,” Braun said.
The 56-year-old Braun has worked in various functions during his 28 years at Coca-Cola, including business development, marketing and bottling.
