The wine industry’s “biggest challenge” will be creating a non-alcoholic wine that tastes good, Chile-based wine group Concha y Toro has said.
“I’m not seeing or tasting any wine that is enjoyable with zero alcohol. The jump between 12 or 14% abv to zero is too much” – Concha y Toro technical director and winemaker Marcelo Papa.
