Eden Mill has lined up the UK launch of a gin range in collaboration with chef Gordon Ramsay.

The first Six Rivers Gin expression will be available from selected retailers later this year. According to the company, the gin’s ingredients profile includes the honeyberry, described as a “superberry”, as well as seaweed harvested in the Fife area of Scotland.

The inaugural release comes in a bottle that uses 18% less glass than industry standard, according to Eden Mill. The range will be handled exclusively by UK-based distributor Glen Turner.

“The Six Rivers range is a completely distinctive offering for an already very exciting and vibrant gin market,” said Eden Mill co-founder Paul Miller. “We are particularly proud to work with the ingredients from the landscape of our home to create a collaboration gin we can both be proud of.”

Earlier this month, the Scottish distiller revealed a shake-up for its gin portfolio, reducing the price-points of two offerings and adding nine new expressions.
