
Diageo’s plan to set up a wholly-owned subsidiary for a clutch of its spirits brands in west and central Africa has been pushed back to 2025.
It was announced in October Diageo would no longer use the publicly-listed Guinness Nigeria to import and distribute brands like Johnnie Walker.
