
Northern Ireland-based Echlinville Distillery is to spend £5m ($6.1m) on restoring a former maltings site to support its production.
The Dunville’s Irish Whiskey owner malts barley on a distillery farm but the move will enable the company to “malt barley on an industrial scale”.
