By GlobalDataThe brand, which will initially launch in Florida, is owned by John Ferolito, the man behind Arizona, along with Jon Buscemi, Brenden Cohen and Roy Warren Jr.
The name of the brand refers to Father James Haggerty, “an inspirational figure in Ferolito’s early career”, according to the company.
Six years ago, Ferolito was involved in a legal tussle with Domenick Vultaggio over the ownership of Arizona Beverages. A court valued the company at US$2bn, settling a decade-long dispute that arose after Vultaggio manoeuvred to buy out Ferolito.
