Zamora Co has launched two more Italian Vermouths from its Villa Massa brand.

Vermouth Giradino Tradizionale (16% abv) is a sweet expression, comprising a blend of bay leaves, coriander and gentian botanicals from the Italian Alps. Vermouth Giradino Mediterranean Dry (18% abv), meanwhile, is made using peel from Sorrento lemons, wormwood, ginger and juniper.

Both expressions, which Zamora said have been created “by bartenders, for bartenders”, are currently available from selected stockists in Germany and the US and will roll out to additional markets next year.

The Licor 43 brand owner acquired full control of formerly family-owned Villa Massa in 2017, having held a 51% stake in the company since 2006.

Almost a year to the day, Zamora expanded Villa Massa into the almond liqueur category launching an Amaretto produced with Sicilian almonds.
