Of the industry's total hiring activity, the highest number of new job postings were for Management Occupations, which accounted for 20% of the total new job postings in Q4 2023 and were down by 27% year-on-year. Second highest were Computer and Mathematical Occupations, which accounted for 8% and drop by 43% year-on-year, and third highest were Sales and Related Occupations, which were 24% of the new job postings and 29% higher year-on-year.
