Waterloo Brewing Co has released a flavoured vodka cooler under its Seagram brand.
Island Time Coconut Lime will be available in 6×35.5cl can packs in LCBO stores across Ontario. The release, the latest in Seagram’s Island Time series, follows the 2019 Anytime flavour as well as the Tiki Mule variant unveiled last May.
“The popularity of coconut flavoured beverages continues to grow, and we’re excited to respond to consumer demand with such a great-tasting product,” said Waterloo’s vice president of sales & key accounts, Jim Manz.
Waterloo, which changed its name from Brick Brewing Co in 2019, acquired the rights to Seagram’s coolers in 2011. Last year, the company invested CAD13.4m (US$10m) in upgrades to its canning line in Canada.
